Vision Apartments, a nine-storey residential complex in Hornsby, NSW, features 89 high-end intelligently-designed apartments that combine vision and sophistication in their outlook.

Located in the heart of Hornsby’s township, the Vision development is designed by Giles Tribe Architects for the Baptist Property Trust of NSW. The timeframe to complete this single tower building was record-setting for a development of its size. Wideline’s supply and installation service program supported a very efficient build experience delivered by the builder, Northpoint Construction Group throughout the project lifecycle.

Sliding doors

Each of the three-bedroom apartments features an enclosed balcony, with Paragon architectural sliding doors opening out from the living room. The balcony is contained using Paragon fixed window low lites and Paragon louvre gallery window systems, which are designed to be left in an always-open position to improve ventilation while providing protection from the elements – an innovative way to enjoy the natural surrounds in any type of weather.

Louvre windows

The use of floor-to-ceiling windows in this outdoor space works to minimise noise, improve airflow, and increase the sociable living space of a compact floor plan all year round.

Balcony space

Wideline products supplied for the Vision apartment project included Paragon sliding doors, stacking doors, hinged entry doors, louvre windows and sliding stacking windows as well as Ascend40 range awning windows. All the door and window systems featured Anodic Silver Grey Matt finish.
