Madinoz architectural hardware was specified for the prestigious Central Park building in Sydney. A 5 Green Star rated building, Central Park is an example of collaborative architecture and occupies a significant place in Sydney’s colourful inner-city landscape.

Frasers Properties acquired the Carlton United Breweries site from Foster’s in 2007, and invited a ‘dream team’ of world-leading architects to create a vision that would match its vast potential.

Designed as a sustainable building, Central Park offers its residents all the advantages of 5 star green living with building systems and components throughout making use of recycled content. Energy efficiency was one of the primary goals with the architects ensuring the building walls and doorways were well sealed and insulated, leading to lower energy costs.

Specifiers on the project chose Madinoz architectural hardware because they were confident of the products’ quality, innovative design, and durability.

Architects Jean Nouvel and Norman Foster designed the Central Park, Sekisui House was the constructor, and Frasers Properties was the main contractor.
