If you require more detailed landscape documentation Living Colour Landscapes has extensive experience in producing landscape DA and CC plans for council.
For these purposes photographs are taken of landmarks, the terrain and streetscape and any other features of importance. A site plan and/or recent survey are useful for the design of your project and if this is not available Living Colour Landscapes can arrange one.
Living Colour Landscapes can supply you with an A1 landscape plan drawn to your local council's relevant planning controls if council approval is required for your project.
Included on the drawing is an elevation or construction detail of a major feature of the garden and a plant schedule. The landscape plan is coloured and laminated for your personal reference along with an additional five black and white copies.
Lighting and irrigation design is included in the design package. A second meeting is organised to present you with the documentation, gain your feedback and to discuss in further detail all aspects of the project.
