Kobelco Construction Machinery Australia Pty Ltd announces the launch of a new range of mini excavators to suit the needs of the trades and the equipment hire market.

Kobelco’s General Manager - Sales & Service, Doug McQuinn explains that the four new Kobelco models in their mini excavator range have been engineered specifically for ease of operation and servicing.

Construction equipment hired out to companies need to be operator-friendly and enable easy servicing as the machines are not used every day and are often operated in tight spaces. Even for tradespeople, using an excavator is just one of the many jobs they do on the site and they may not have sufficient experience operating the equipment.

Both rental companies and trades need equipment that’s quick and easy to learn, and nimble to operate. Doug says the new compact Kobelco models are suited for applications from plumbing and electrics to landscaping.
