Reputed heat pump specialist Stiebel Eltron is introducing a new range of innovative models in their continuous endeavour to develop more efficient and effective water heating products for commercial and domestic consumers.

Designed to set a new benchmark for domestic hot water heat pumps in Australia, the all-new range of models from Stiebel Eltron, WWK 222 (H) and WWK 302 (H) are air source hot water heat pump systems that harvest natural energy to reduce electricity consumption, lower hot water energy bills and minimise environmental impact.

Stating that Stiebel Eltron Australia is celebrating the parent company's 40th year of developing renewable energy products in Europe, Sales Director Glenn Day said they have been selling the heat pumps developed from this research for nearly 10 years in Australia.

On the latest range of innovative units from Stiebel Eltron, Day said all aspects of the design have been carefully considered from the perspective of the homeowner through to the installer.

Some of the advantages of Stiebel Eltron’s new heat pumps include lower energy consumption for heating water with more than 70 per cent savings compared to conventional electric hot water systems; high energy efficiency making the units eligible for government rebates and helping to achieve Australia’s Renewable Energy Target by 2020; sophisticated design engineered to work efficiently even at minus temperatures; and a current impressed anode ensuring a long lifecycle regardless of the water quality.
