Smartstone Calacatta Blanco was the surface of choice for the kitchen of an elegant duplex development in Sydney’s South.

The owners sought to create a high end New York luxe space, with the kitchen as the main feature in the open plan living area. With a shared appreciation of high quality finishes, the interior designer and the client found Smartstone Calacatta Blanco as the perfect selection for the application.

The gorgeous colour toning of the Calacatta Blanco quartz surface matched perfectly with the spotted gum hardwood floor, the natural white polyurethane cabinetry and the black and glass pendant lights.

One of the most natural looking quartz surfaces available in the market, Smartstone’s Calacatta Blanco replicates natural stone with its dramatic brown-grey veining on a luminous white background accented with gold highlights. Calacatta Blanco is available in a new larger slab size.

The Sydney duplex home was designed by Michelle Morris Interiors and Jamie Grounds Jamisa Design with Smartstone’s Calacatta Blanco installed by Michael Marble & Granite in the kitchen designed by RM Kitchens and styled by Bowerbird Interiors.
