The Wolfin sheet membrane system from Projex Group was recently installed at the Watsons Bay Hotel as well as a home in Blue Bay on the Central Coast to rectify roof membrane failures.

It’s imperative for a waterproofing system in coastal or harbour environments to be able to resist the harsh weather conditions as well as the highly aggressive and damaging salt environment.

The Wolfin sheet membrane system was installed to rectify roof membrane failures at the Watsons Bay Hotel and the residential property in Blue Bay, Central Coast. With both properties located adjacent to the water, the existing roof membranes were severely compromised by the salt environment and UV exposure.

The Wolfin membrane system delivers excellent chemical and UV resistance in these environments and also uses marine grade 316L stainless steel profiles for terminations. These characteristics ensure the waterproofing system is able to achieve the required longevity and durability in harsh environments.

Projex Group is the sole agent for Wolfin waterproofing membranes.
