The new Cosmofin LLV (Fleece Back) has been installed to provide long term waterproofing to an upmarket house development in Toorak Victoria.
The Cosmofin system was applied to approximately 700m2 including the roof deck & terraces prior to the application of screed & tiles on these surfaces. Swiss Seal an approved & experienced Cosmofin Waterproofing Applicator carried out the installation. They have used the new adhered strip bonded Cosmofin LLV application method, which saved time & money during installation & allowed the project to keep within its time frame.
Cosmofin membranes are UV Stable & can be left exposed or alternatively are suitable for most applied finishes to be installed over them. Cosmofin is compatible & can also be installed over most building substrates.
