La Trobe Tower is a 42-level residential development in Melbourne featuring 205 luxury apartments in single and two-bedroom configurations. Sync bathroom pods from Hickory Group were specified for the project to achieve substantial gains in time and quality.
Sync supplied 205 well-appointed luxury bathrooms for the Rothelowman-designed development. The pods were fabricated at the Hickory factory and transported to the project site as whole structural units pre-fitted with façade and preloaded with plaster board.
Sync bathroom pods designed for the La Trobe Tower apartments were delivered completely finished with tiled floors and walls, bespoke joinery, custom hardware and Italian sourced wall mounted basins. The pods were designed across nine different typologies with vanity, shower and toilet as standard and optional additions including built-in laundries and linen closets.
