Sync by Hickory Group was contracted by builder-developer Toga Group to supply 710 bathroom pods for a large-scale master planned community in Southern Sydney.
Located at 458 Forest Road, Hurstville NSW, Highpoint Hurstville, designed by Stanisic Architects and Architectus, comprises of four residential buildings of 9-10 levels.
Sync was commissioned to supply the bathroom pods fitted with luxury tiled finishes in light and dark neutral colour schemes. The modular bathrooms were supplied in 23 different design typologies for the homes featuring one, two and three bedroom configurations.
