Castelation Stepped Expression from Cedar Sales was chosen for the ceiling at the elegant display home of the Plantation Homes Vienna project.
Located in Ormeau Ridge, QLD, the display home at the Plantation Homes Vienna project is designed as a grand residence for the modern family featuring sleek finishes and naturally lit interiors. Large living spaces, a master parents’ retreat, kids’ retreat, theatre, and seamless integration of alfresco dining are some of the design highlights in the stylish home.
Castelation Stepped Expression Flat Series (135mm X 17mm) from Cedar Sales was specified for the ceiling. With no grooves and a continuous, smooth effect, the Western Red Cedar panels were the right choice for the ceiling due to their superior dimensional stability and long, straight consistent lengths. The expansive ceiling beautifully shows off the unique Western Red Cedar grain pattern. The red cedar panels have been stained in a dark tone by the client after installation for a classy finish.
