Aglo Systems worked with the interior designer on a retail lighting application during the redesign of the Medibank Eastland retail centre as part of a redevelopment project at the new Eastland complex.
Medibank’s interior designer, Chris Hammond from Graphcad sought to create an upmarket ambience while still retaining the operational logic of a typical retail centre. Aglo Systems helped the designer realise his vision through clever lighting design using LED downlights and linear extrusion profiles.
Aglo’s round DownLEDs in 4000K Cool White were placed throughout, with adjustable, recessed Pivo downlights providing accent lighting to the artwork, signage and brochure stands. Stealth 3 profiles were then placed to create a beautiful halo effect for the false ceiling while Polar adjustable downlights were positioned to perfectly illuminate the entrance.
