Fairview Architectural has appointed Lorraine Jedid and Melissa Herrmann as architectural consultants for Queensland and Victoria respectively, potentially signalling continued strong growth for the firm in both states. 

Fairview’s head of sales, Michael O’Grady says, “Lorraine and Melissa have a combined expertise of over 25 years in the construction industry. We look forward to Fairview benefiting from their knowledge and wide range of contacts within their respective markets.”

Moreover, says O’Grady, the company created these local architectural roles to increase support for specifiers as well as raise awareness of Fairview’s growing range of non-combustible cladding solutions.

According to Lorraine Jedid, “As a graduate architect and having worked for various architectural companies in Brisbane, I think like an architect. I understand their needs, and having the technical background, I am able to assist them with any enquiry.” 

“As a former fashion designer with 15 years’ experience in design, production and retail, I will bring a creative attitude and excellent customer service skills to my new role with Fairview Architecture,” says Melissa Herrmann.

O’Grady says that while Queensland and Victoria are important to the company’s future growth, they are not the only part of the country where the firm finding success.

“We see new growth opportunities throughout the whole of the construction industry. These appointments definitely align with our growth strategy for these areas, but NSW still remains are largest growth market,” he says.
