Custom designed by PKMN Architecture to maximise the space and functionality of single-storey flat in Madrid, the ‘All I Own House’ comprises three moveable storage units made from heavily textured oriented strand board (OSB).

The wooden modules are mounted on casters and industrial ceiling racks and can be moved from side to side like library filing cabinets, allowing the owner to re-arrange the room for various functions.

Book shelves, cupboards and draws provide ample storage for personal belongings and a large circular chalkboard adorns one of the walls.

Also concealed in the units are a foldout bed and table, while a stationary kitchen and bathroom cap each end of the space.

The rest of the apartment is left as a wide and open living room, with a set of sliding panels pulled across to separate and provide privacy for each of the areas.
