Design director Peter Brook said the Vic’s appearance changes as you experienceit from different angles and distance.

“This is achieved by the ‘outer skin or ‘veil’ which changes from a transparentto solid form, depending on your aspect,” he said.

“It’s as if the structure is alive. Combined with a subtle use of colour, itcreates a dynamic façade and gives The Vic a striking presence.

The 283 one and two bedroom apartments havebeen designed in a neutral colour palette with sliding screens to allow naturallight and stainless steel appliances.

The Vic is located opposite the VictoriaMarkets and apartments have a starting price from $315 000.
