Multi-disciplinary design practice, GroupGSA, has announced their merger with Melbourne-based firm, Artillery Interior Architecture.

The merger comes as GroupGSA looks to expand their portfolio in Victoria, particularly within the realms of architecture, interior design and landscape architecture. Recently, GroupGSA completed a number of workplace projects in Melbourne, including Link Market Services and Devondale Murray Goulburn. Collectively, these projects occupy 30,000 square metres in the central corporate hub of Collins Street.

Artillery complements GroupGSA’s multi-faceted practice with its own experience in contemporary sustainable design. Established over a decade ago, Artillery boast a list of top-tier clients that include the Fairfax Domain Group, Willis, First State Super, the Australian Education Union, the Bank of Australia and Amnesty International.

“Our respective teams have had a long-term mutual respect for each another,” says Mark Sheldon, GroupGSA managing director.

“Artillery are a talented team of experienced professionals and our business and cultural synergies are very much aligned. This is [the] natural progression of an already well-seasoned relationship.”
