Fulton Trotter Architects announces the appointment of Katerina Dracopoulos, Justine Ebzery, Nathan Hildebrandt, Ryan Loveday and Paul Sekava as new Associate Directors in the Brisbane office.

The new leadership appointments are expected to support the firm’s progress during the next phase of growth as Fulton Trotter Architects celebrates their 70th year in 2016.

The new Associate Directors will join the five existing Directors to form the leadership team and will be involved across various business portfolios (Finance, HR, Quality, Marketing, Premises, IT) as well as undertake business development activities and actively represent the practice in professional and industry organisations.

Additionally, long-time Associate, Hayley Crofts has been promoted to the role of Senior Associate. Michelle Teutenberg in the Sydney office has been promoted to the role of Associate to lead a new architectural team working on a number of education projects.

Mark Trotter, Director, Fulton Trotter Architects explains that the new members of their leadership team have a broad set of complementary skills that will ensure the firm will continue to deliver high quality services to their clients well into the future.

Fulton Trotter Architects is reputed for their contribution to complex projects in the education, aged care, and health sectors requiring high levels of stakeholder engagement. The firm’s highly experienced team uses the traditional design method for 95 per cent of their projects where the architect leads the project all the way through, unlike most architectural practices today that use the more common Design & Construct approach.

Wishing the new appointees every success in their new roles as they journey towards full Directorship, Trotter added that they looked forward to working together to develop their strategy for the next phase of growth.
