Architects and designers from across the world are invited to send their entries to the A’ Design Award, a competition for architectural works, landscape projects and urban designs as well as interiors, furniture and lighting projects.

The A’ Design Award is given every year to projects that focus on innovation, technology, design and creativity. Entries are accepted annually till February 28th and results are announced every year on April 15. Open to designers worldwide, the design competition accepts all entries designed in the last 10 years.

The 2015 A’ Design Award show saw 837 winners being honoured from 83 countries in 89 different design disciplines. Entries were carefully evaluated by an internationally reputed jury panel composed of established scholars, prominent press members, creative design professionals and experienced architects.

 Best products, projects and offerings worldwide that demonstrate superior design, technology and creativity are recognised with the A' Design Award.

The glamorous award ceremony takes place in Italy where all winners are called to stage to collect their trophies, award certificates and yearbooks. Winners are also provided exclusive space to take part in the ‘best designs of the year’ exhibition to showcase their works in Italy. Laureates are also entitled to receive the A’ Design Prize.

The A’ Design Prize is a highly coveted and comprehensive winners’ kit given to A’ Design Award & Competition medallists to help dissemination of their news to further and wider international audiences. In addition to the trophy, certificate and book, the A’ Design Prize includes PR and marketing services such as translation of award-winning works to dozens of languages, press release preparation and distribution, lifetime license to use ‘award winner’ logo, public relations campaign for winners and communication of awarded works to thousands of media members.
