After decades in the Australian workplace intelligence and design industry, BVN is setting up a new studio in New York to assist their project commitments in Canada and the United States.

BVN National Director Mr James Grose observes that Australian architects and designers are recognised as leaders in workplace design across the world and it is this innovation, energy and creativity that the firm will take to New York.

BVN’s New York studio will be led by Bill Dowzer who is recognised in Australia for his leadership in design and workplace, having recently completed workplace projects for leading law firms, Herbert Smith Freehills and Minter Ellison. He has also been invited to address symposia in London about the transformation of the workplace.

According to Grose, understanding the culture of new work practices is central to BVN's engagement with clients; the firm will establish an agile, young and mobile presence across North America based on the emerging co-working culture, which is enabling start-up and emerging businesses to redefine conventional business practices.
