The Buchan Group announces the promotion of Mark Kozakiewicz to Associate.
For over 18 years, Kozakiewicz has been making a significant contribution to the design of some of the firm’s most defining retail projects including the recently refurbished Pacific Werribee in Melbourne. He played a key role in this redevelopment project, which features a new generation sculptured and glazed mall design and delivers a vibrant new community focal point for shopping, dining and entertainment.
Kozakiewicz was an integral member of the team involved in the Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City projects in the U.K, spending nine months onsite in London. Both award-winning projects marked the next chapter in retail and leisure development in the United Kingdom, offering an integrated mix of dining and entertainment options and over 200 stores each.
Congratulating Kozakiewicz on his appointment, Buchan CEO David Martin stated that the promotion was an opportunity to recognise Kozakiewicz for his abiding commitment and talent. He said that clients have high regard for Kozakiewicz’s design-minded and hands-on approach, and often specifically request his involvement on the design and delivery of their projects.
