WoodSolutions, a website with an extensive database of projects and technical design guides for the material, has launched an ‘Ask an Expert’ phone service to help design and build professionals solve their wood problems.
Complementing the extensive range of information already available from WoodSolutions, the new service will allow people who can’t find the answers they are looking for to submit their questions by phone or email.
“We receive enquiries from architects, building designers and engineers on a wide range of subjects, some highly technical, fortunately we have experts providing the answers,” says Eileen Newbury, Marketing and Communications Manager of Forest and Wood Products Australia (FWPA), the industry services company that manages WoodSolutions.
